Requirements for Using Library Technology

     Patrons must hold a vaild library card to use the computers.

     Patrons must sign an Internet Usage Agreement which will be kept on file at the library.

     Children under the age of 16 must have their agreement sined in person by a parent or guardian.

 Online Safety & Children's Use of Library Technology

  The library does not guarantee the quality of content on the internet, nor is it responsible for patron's saftey or confidentiality online. Patrons are encouraged to sign out of all accounts and to never save passwords, credit card information, etc. on public computers.

     In an effort to safeguard Intellectual Freedom, the library's technology does not use internet filters. Children's internet usage should be supervised by parents or guardians. It is not the library's responsibility to monitor children's time on the internet.
